Questions
The ones everybodyasks before they book.
If yours isn't here, call us on 07496 301199 or send a WhatsApp. We would much rather you asked.
Where is DPC Clinic?
BizSpace, Cheadle Place, Stockport Road, Cheadle, Stockport SK8 2JX, with dedicated parking on site. We're a few minutes from Cheadle village and easy to reach from Stockport and south Manchester.
What are your opening hours?
Nine until six, seven days a week. Phil is in clinic Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Penny is in clinic Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Online booking is open twenty four hours.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every treatment here begins with one, and you leave with a plan. Consultations with Phil, for permanent makeup, are free. A consultation with Penny, for skin, aesthetics or laser, is £30, and that £30 comes off the cost of your treatment, so if you go ahead it has cost you nothing. The difference is that Penny's is a full clinical skin assessment rather than a conversation about shape and colour. We talk through what's bothering you, what you have already tried and what you actually want, then we create a customised plan.
Who does what at the clinic?
Phil does permanent makeup, medical tattooing, scalp micropigmentation and fine line tattoo. Penny does skin therapy, injectables and laser. The booking system only offers you dates the right practitioner is in.
Can I walk in?
No. We're strictly appointment only, so that once you step through our door the time is all about you.
How do I book an appointment?
Online at any hour, by telephone on 07496 301199, or by WhatsApp. A booking fee is taken online and comes straight off the cost of your treatment.
What's your cancellation policy?
Forty eight hours’ notice for most treatments, and five working days for permanent makeup, because those are long appointments and the time is difficult to fill.
Do I need a patch test?
Patch testing is arranged per treatment, so it depends what you're having done. We'll tell you at your consultation whether yours needs one and when it has to be done.
Do you treat men?
Yes. Scalp micropigmentation, skin therapy and cosmetic dermatology are all regularly booked by men.
How much do treatments cost?
Permanent makeup starts at £190, skin therapy at £125, injectables at £150, laser at £260, fine line tattoo at £50 and cosmetic dermatology at £40. Every price is published on every treatment page and varies depending on which treatment you select.
